Coolart Farm Showjumping Stables is a European style Equestrian facility on the Mornington Peninsula, 60 klms from the Melbourne CBD. There are 2 brick stable blocks forming a courtyard, both stable blocks contain huge well ventilated stables, large tack area and tie up facilities, large undercover wash bay, lunge yard and coffee room. A huge hayshed will at a later stage be partially converted to more stables. Overnight accommodation in a comfortable self contained flat is available.

The property is surrounded by Cyprus Pines and with an outlook over Westernport Bay, the farm is very private but also so close to the beautiful town of Mornington and surrounded by the many vineyards in the Mornington Peninsula area.

The paddocks are post and rail and all with excellent shelter and automatic waterers. Lanes provide easy access to all paddocks with the house the centre of the property, which lends for excellent supervision of all horses in the paddocks surrounding.

Our arena is 70m by 55m, well drained and with a surface similar to what we had at Odyssey Park. There is an undercover viewing area that will make it comfortable for owners/riders to have somewhere to sit out of the weather in comfort and all in close proximity to the stable area.
